Lo guys
I need summat to do as the title says i.e. to tag and rename mp3s

Must be quick easy to use and the named files must show up in windoze media player
It's a great pity that wmp dont do this for mp3s as it's ideal for naming cds as you rip 'em but ... hey ho..

what we got that's actually any good?

smile

Are you looking for a batch / bulk tagger?

WMP will tag MP3's. Right click in the file and select "Advanced Tag Editor". Winamp will also tag ( see Winamp tagging ).

In the pic you have "Now Playing" enabled. Click the "Library" tab instead. If you don't have anything listed, click the small arrow below it and select "Add to Library".

Anything that then appears in the Library can be right-clicked and edited.
