My turntable doesn't have a 78 speed. Is it possible to copy at 45 and then adjust with software? If so, are there any particular cautions? Thanks, nedrod

Certainly is. Audacity even has a built-in option to do this. I've never tried it so I can't comment on any "particular cautions".
