Hey,
Im in a band and we are doing some home recording on a palmtop digital 4track recorder (zoom PS04). It uses smartmedia cards, we have a smartcard reader (hotreader).
The files once transferred onto the computer seem to be '.aud' files. the computer does not recognise these, what we want to do is to convert them into a format like mp3 so we can hear our songs and make a cd.
Can anyone help me out with a program or something that will easily convert the aud file to an mp3 file???
It is urgent because i need to know tonight before we record tomorow, thank you.

The NICE Media Player can also be used to convert AUD files to WAV files.

I posted this thread along time ago, and since i have found out how to do it mate... go to zoom's website (http://www.zoom.co.jp/english/models/ps04/pdmodel.html)
and download the card manager. If u really can't find it, email me, and i can send it via email to you, i think i have it on this computer.

It's pretty straight forward to use, it converts your AUD files into WAV.
