What software is the best , to record streaming audio??

This should do the trick m8. I'm afraid that after a recent format I've wiped wharever I used to use and as it's such a long time since I used it I've forgotten what it was!
If that one's no good just google "free streaming audio recorder" and take it from there. No need to buy one as the free one's are usually more than adequate - just make sure it's actually free and NOT payware free trial.

For general recorders Audacity is freeware and, although it is classed as an audio editor, it does have recording capability with the added bonus of being able to edit out the bits that you don't want when you're done.

There are some dedicated stream recorders available that will do extras such as automatically cut silence. You'll probably find that these aren't free but if you download the trial and it's what you're looking for then the price is worth it. Have a look at Replay Radio and Replay Music.
