I need to extract and record - filter out whatever you say - fretless fender jazz bass from the crowded concert recording and normal studio records.
If there is no such a software , i m thinking I need a artificial intelligence software who work with midi and clean fretless jazz bass samples ? It could adapt itself for every note played in the record and extract. Which software is closer to that concept ?

Best ,

I wouldn't have thought this was possible in the same way that extracting vocals isn't.

You might be able to find some notation software that will decipher the notes for you to play yourself ( like Chord Pickout ) but lifting the actual bass line out of a recording is impossible.
