In anticipation - your not referring to the latest offering from HP called LightScribe ?

It's reviewed in the latest PCFormat.

Seems to work OK but at the moment you are limited to a sort of black & white image, or whatever 2 colours they use.

the theory is that you burn the CDR and then flip it over and 'burn' the label via the laser.

yes I am referring to Lightscribe.

And there's me just gone and got a new printer that prints on CD's
