Just sing into a mic and record it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="santasmile.gif" />

You can`t unless you have the original studio multitrack recording. Don`t let anyone tell you any different.

With very careful tweaking of balance, eq etc on certain tracks you may be able to reduce the music level, but the resulting vocal will most likely awful.
--
people often ask the opposite - to remove vocal and leave a karaoke backing track. This can be a little more successful but still gives nothing like a good product at the end of it..
There are acapellas around, mainly on DJ-only discs. You could try checking with mastermixdj.com. They may be able to help.
Cheers
